Broker Transparency
You want transparency so you got it. We want you to be successful and if providing you statements and quote documentation help then you got it. All invoices will be supplied to carriers within 48 hrs of invoicing
Honest and accurate information.
We provide accurate and up-to-date information about shipment status, delivery times, and any potential issues that may arise. Address inquiries and provide honest answers to questions, even if the news may not be favorable. This ensures that carrier have a clear understanding of the situation and can make informed decisions.
Fair rate payout
We do not base our rates on "spot market" nor "contract rates" we base our payout on what the shipper actually pays. We understand that as a broker we get paid on volume and carriers get paid on the truck load. With that being said you deserve the lions share. Carriers are promised a minimum of 90% of payout.
